The chlorination of the fibres is performed in a fully sealed tank equipped with a series of rollers. EMA Automation supplies it with a powerful ventilation system for the respiratory safety of the operators.
SAFETY ABOVE ALL
The chemical solution used in the chlorinating tank is prepared and controlled by means of an external digital panel. Therefore, the worker will never come into direct contact with potentially irritant substances.
The treatment is followed by neutralisation, washing, silicone resin treatment, microemulsion softener, polymerisation and drying.
The application of suitable lubricating oils significantly increases spinning speed and performance as well as the yarn evenness. Anti-fungal, anti-moth, anti-odour substances can be applied to enhance the features and the value of the final product.
