THE CONTINUOUS BACKWASING PLANT PERFORMS THREE DIFFERENT OPERATIONS

1.

Washing in order to eliminate all the dye particles unfixed on the fibres and other residues of chemicals used during the dyeing process

2.

Even application of additives: softeners, lubricants, antistatic agents and others.

3.

Low temperature and high speed drying  in order to prevent yellowing and increase hourly plant productivity 

 

 WASHING EFFECT AND EVEN AND REGULAR PRODUCTS APPLICATION

The suction drum bowls ensure the circulation of liquids, thus allowing forced penetration of the backwashing bath into the tops. In addition, the very low sliver tension along the entire treatment keeps the fibres swollen and voluminous.

This allows the complete passage of washing substances through the slivers. The amount of circulating bath is regular and uniform for each sliver running through the the backwashing line.

EMA Automazione has developed an automatic dosing system, which ensures the continuity of chemicals dosing, even with the variable working seed. The system works according to the number of processed slivers, the weight per tops’ linear metre, the production speed and the percentage of product to be applied. Based on this data, a continuous and precise dosing of each individual product is carried out.

The pumps, which feed the chemical station, are highly precise and sensitive.

The flow meter controls also the consumption of water used for rinsing in each individual tank via the overflow drain, thus limiting waste and consumption when the machine stops.
