The backwasher’s suction drum bowls ensure the circulation of liquids, thus allowing forced penetration of the bath into the tops.

The amount of circulating liquor is regular and uniform for each sliver along the line.

In addition, the very low sliver tension along the entire treatment keeps the fibres swollen and voluminous.

This allows the complete passage of washing substances through the slivers.

EMA Automation has developed an innovative automatic dosing system

WE KEEP CONSTANT THE QUANTITY OF CHEMICALS

The system ensures the continuity of chemicals dosing during the treatment, even as the working speed changes.

The system works according to the number of processed slivers, the weight per tops’ linear metre, the production speed and the percentage of product to be applied. Based on this data, a continuous and precise dosing of each individual product is carried out.

PRECISION AND REDUCED CONSUMPTION

The chemical station is fed by high-precision and high-sensitivity pumps.

The flow meter also controls the consumption of water used for rinsing in each tank via the overflow drain, thus limiting waste and consumption when the machine stops.
